    WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your order has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number.

    You can also check the status of your order at any time by singing into My Account and selecting the My Orders option.

    HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

    We process all orders within 24 hours of placement, pending item availability & credit card verification. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday - we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

    Depending on location, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days for your order to arrive via the free ground shipping method. If you need your items sooner, you can upgrade to one of the expedited options during checkout:

    Yes! In-store pick up, with no shipping charges, is available for our local customers. Simply select ‘In-Store Pick Up’ at Checkout - you’ll receive an email from us as soon as your order is processed & ready to go!

  • Returns

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    For online orders, we accept items in new condition with all original tags attached for full refund.

    Footwear will only be accepted if returned in the original, undamaged shoe box without postal labels. Socks, tights, lingerie, hats, and cosmetics are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER?

    *Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this time.

    You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Securely pack & seal merchandise along with your completed return form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it via an insured service to the address below:

    CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?

    Yes - you can return your items for a full refund or an in-store credit!

    HOW CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE?

    If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Our items sell out quickly, so this will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

    Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process it and another 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

    We’ll send you an email as soon as your return is processed so you know it’s on the way. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

  • Gift Cards

    HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

    Online gift cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. They are available in varying amounts and can be purchased by clicking here.

    At this time, online gift cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our Brooklyn store. To purchase an in-store gift card, please contact us at orders@articleand.com.

    What are your store hours?

    Our store hours are:

    M to F: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM
    Sat: 11 AM to 7 PM
    Sun: 11 AM to 6 PM

    We are closed on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day & New Years Day.

    Can you set an item aside for me to try on?

    We are able to hold items for up to 24 hours. If you would like us to set something aside, please contact us at orders@articleand.com

    What is your in-store return policy?

    For in-store purchases, we accept returns back for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with all original tags attached.

    Footwear will only be accepted if returned unworn in the original, undamaged shoe box. Socks, tights, lingerie, hats, and cosmetics are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
