Order Status

An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your item has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number for your shipment. Shipping & Handling

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

In-Store Pick Up
In-store pick up, with no shipping charges, is available for our local customers. Select In-Store Pick Up at Checkout and your items will be available immediately for pick up at our Brooklyn store.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be used towards the purchase of any items and will never expire. Please contact for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund. All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed) with all tags attached. Footwear will only be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box and without postal labels. Bathing suits, sock and tights, and hats are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Please note that shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

Securely pack and seal the merchandise along with the completed Return/Exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it via an insured service to the address below. Please understand that we are not able to accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
